Can TOPO monitor play monster hunter or god of war?

Topo monitor is a pocket size monitor, so as long as you plug it to your Xbox or play station, you could play any game like you do on the big TV

Does TOPO monitor have sound output?

Definitely, it has built in audio and 3.5mm headphone jacket. So you could insert a headphone to the monitor.

Can I use TOPO monitor on my Play Station 4 pro?

Yep, sure. For now, we just design the clip for Sony dualshock 4 controller and Xbox one series controller. If you want to use it on PS3 or Xbox 360, we might ship you the clip made by 3d printer, but please make sure your console have HDMI port.
